I'm not hungry but I want to eat

This is the most difficult aspect of losing weight. What do you do when you simply want something to chew on? The IsaSnack are good, but at day 2 I'm a little bored with them. So, I've taken up munching on my Metamucil bars. Not a lot of calories, and they serve a much needed purpose in my life.

Also, the IsaFlush would probably work wonders on a normal person, but I need the Extra Flush. Without providing TMI, I will resume the Metamucil and Fiber pills.
