Day 10 Not Eating As Much

Day 10 is great. I joined a gym today and decided to go ahead and weigh myself. I've loss almost 5 lbs. So I'm on track to lose the 10-15 pounds by the end of my 30 days. I lose weight in my upper body then lower body last, which is where I need to see the results - I have a lot of junk in my trunk.
