Day 10 Not Eating As Much

Day 10 is great. I joined a gym today and decided to go ahead and weigh myself. I've loss almost 5 lbs. So I'm on track to lose the 10-15 pounds by the end of my 30 days. I lose weight in my upper body then lower body last, which is where I need to see the results - I have a lot of junk in my trunk.

Update Day 8 and 9

My days may be a little off, but we'll use this as days 8 and 9. I've moved and my life has undergone many changes. The good news it that I'm still on the program. I purchased a blender and blended my shakes at the hotel until I settled into my new place. This program is the best. I'll resume posting photos in the next few days, but I love this program. The weight is coming off and my friends are noticing it too, now.

After the move I craved my shakes so much that I had to buy a new blender. I've saved tons of money on food and rely mostly on the shakes, I can now go the entire day without eating and just shaking. Not recommended by the program, but when I'm running around it's all that really want.

Day 7 Is Awesome!

Day 7 I love IsaGenix! I'm not overeating, I feel good and I have tons of energy. If you don't lose weight using this system then something is seriously wrong. I had a shake for breakfast, ate for lunch, but skipped dinner because I was so full. Yes, full and I have tons of energy. I love this! It's the morning and I'm not thinking about breakfast, I'm thinking about my planning out my day.

Weight Loss Journey Day 6

Day 6 I've caught a cold. But it's not as bad as it looks. The weight is coming off. The shakes now, keep me full for a long time during the day, and even when I eat, I desire a shake with my meal. I'm eating less, so I've added walnuts to my diet along with calcium and vitamin D fortified orange juice.

Adding Fiber has helped. Elimination is going well.

Day 5 Moving Along

Day 5 I'm not as hungry as I was the first few days. I fill full most of the time. When I eat, I don't overeat because my stomach is getting smaller, so my intake has decreased. The shakes are now filling and last me a long while.

I will not do the fast today as aunt flo has come and it's best for me to get as much nutrition in as I can today. I'm not looking at Tuesday for my cleanse day.

Otherwise, all is going well. My cloths are now loosening but I still have more pounds to shed - I haven't weight myself lately.

Day 4 Off To an Unusual Start

I began my morning with a bag of potato chips. Not what I had desired, but oh well. A special someone brought home an extra bag for me, my favorite too. So, this morning I went downstairs to make my shake and there were the chips. So today's meal will be breakfast.

Elimination has gone well. I forget to take my Isaflush last night, but I've incorporated my fiber throughout the day, so all went well by the morning. It's not a lot, but I'm not eating a lot of food either; so I guess that's to be expected.

Lot's of energy. I'm suffering from the want to eat even though I'm full. Water is helping a lot, but I just want to eat out of habit.

Lunch Shake + Fiber

It's going on 2 p.m. and I've made my shake for the day. I opened the fiber pills and added it to the shake. If you're going to do this, add just a little more water, as the fiber will absorb some liquid - I discovered from trial and error.

Also, most of you already know that Metamucil comes in a powder form, but it's a FYI for those who don't. I happen to own fiber pills in bulk, so it's a good way to incorporate fiber into my diet.

The Secret to Curbing those Hunger Pains

Hot Chocolate!

Worked like a charm. It's almost 1 pm and I haven't had my shake yet, and I feel great. Hot chocolate receives a gold star.

The IsaSnacks help, but I will say that I haven't felt hunger pains. Just the constant nag to eat. The Hot chocolate really helps that urge to subside.

Day 3 - If It's this Good I don't Want to Quit


Can you really have too much of a good thing? Today I made my IsaLean Shake and added organic blueberries and strawberries - Oh, So Good!

Happy Hour at the Mexican Restaurant went very well. I refueled with Nachos and a Taco! We shared the appetizers and I had one drink. I don't know how many calories - I wasn't' too concerned with it at the time. Since, I didn't get hungry last night, I will have my shakes for breakfast and lunch and eat at night. I dislike feeling hungry at night, and that wont last for very long as a lifestyle change.

Returned to fiber full throttle. Not sure if it was the Mexican food, but I'm now taking the fiber capsules and the Metamucil wafers in addition to the IsaFlush. Girl has gotta do what a girl has to do.

I'm not hungry but I want to eat

This is the most difficult aspect of losing weight. What do you do when you simply want something to chew on? The IsaSnack are good, but at day 2 I'm a little bored with them. So, I've taken up munching on my Metamucil bars. Not a lot of calories, and they serve a much needed purpose in my life.

Also, the IsaFlush would probably work wonders on a normal person, but I need the Extra Flush. Without providing TMI, I will resume the Metamucil and Fiber pills.

My Delicious Blueberry Shake



Day 2 of embarking on my new "Lifestyle" change to banish excess weight using IsaGenix, has me becoming more creative about eating. Today I will meet friends for Happy Hour at a Mexican Resturant; I already know what I'm going to order. That's pretty bad, but I love food and Mexican food is delicious - to hell with the nutritional data. So, I'm having a shake for lunch. Today, I mixed up some blueberries with my shake and this is a winner!

I'm looking forward to finding some in season, local, and organic blackberries and bananas and that will send me to the moon.

Day 2 - Moving Along

I feel wonderful - lots of energy. For my morning shake I added strawberries and for tonight I will most likely add blueberries - the change taste great.

I've noticed frequent urination, from drinking all the fluid. I need to increase my water intake.

Late last night I did get very hungry, I usually stop eating around 4 p.m., but I made myself a salad at night. I went through a few of the IsaSnacks that taste like white chocolate bites.

I'm looking forward to seeing the results next week.

1st Day So Far So Good

Around 10:50 am I became very hungry. I don't know why, maybe because I wont eat anything until later on in the day and my mind wants food now.

I ate about 6 of the vanilla IsaSnacks. They taste like white chocolate treats - very nice, buy not filling. I had some water with the snacks. That didn't work. I then at one of the chocolates that came as a sample. That did it.

I will probably have a shake as my dinner today and go ahead and eat lunch.

I have tons of energy that I can't even believe - so the Natural Accelerator is living up to its claim.
