Day 2 - Moving Along

I feel wonderful - lots of energy. For my morning shake I added strawberries and for tonight I will most likely add blueberries - the change taste great.

I've noticed frequent urination, from drinking all the fluid. I need to increase my water intake.

Late last night I did get very hungry, I usually stop eating around 4 p.m., but I made myself a salad at night. I went through a few of the IsaSnacks that taste like white chocolate bites.

I'm looking forward to seeing the results next week.
