Day 10 Not Eating As Much

Day 10 is great. I joined a gym today and decided to go ahead and weigh myself. I've loss almost 5 lbs. So I'm on track to lose the 10-15 pounds by the end of my 30 days. I lose weight in my upper body then lower body last, which is where I need to see the results - I have a lot of junk in my trunk.

Update Day 8 and 9

My days may be a little off, but we'll use this as days 8 and 9. I've moved and my life has undergone many changes. The good news it that I'm still on the program. I purchased a blender and blended my shakes at the hotel until I settled into my new place. This program is the best. I'll resume posting photos in the next few days, but I love this program. The weight is coming off and my friends are noticing it too, now.

After the move I craved my shakes so much that I had to buy a new blender. I've saved tons of money on food and rely mostly on the shakes, I can now go the entire day without eating and just shaking. Not recommended by the program, but when I'm running around it's all that really want.

Day 7 Is Awesome!

Day 7 I love IsaGenix! I'm not overeating, I feel good and I have tons of energy. If you don't lose weight using this system then something is seriously wrong. I had a shake for breakfast, ate for lunch, but skipped dinner because I was so full. Yes, full and I have tons of energy. I love this! It's the morning and I'm not thinking about breakfast, I'm thinking about my planning out my day.

Weight Loss Journey Day 6

Day 6 I've caught a cold. But it's not as bad as it looks. The weight is coming off. The shakes now, keep me full for a long time during the day, and even when I eat, I desire a shake with my meal. I'm eating less, so I've added walnuts to my diet along with calcium and vitamin D fortified orange juice.

Adding Fiber has helped. Elimination is going well.
